Beech Grove High School hosts INvestEd for a discussion about recent changes to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We’ll talk about the importance of the form, applying for scholarships, and the best funding options. INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with creating FSA IDs, an important step in FAFSA filing. Families should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses to create the accounts.

Professionals from various career fields will be at the Montgomery County United Way First Door Community Resource Fair. INvestEd will answer any questions community members may have about planning for college including searching for scholarships, picking the right major and career and financial aid.

November 4, 2025 | 6:00 PM7:30 PM

INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with filling out and submitting the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and parents to complete the application.  

September 26, 2025

INvestEd will discuss changes to the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and look at the various types of financial aid available with seniors at Shakamak High School. We’ll also assist with creating the FSA IDs necessary for filing the FAFSA. Students should bring Social Security Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses.  INvestEd will also present to junior students on picking a major and college, searching for scholarships, completing the FAFSA, and much more.

INvestEd will be at Beech Grove High School to talk with students and families about the financial aid process. Filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships, and reviewing college award letters will all be part of the discussion. 

April 20, 2026

INvestEd will be at Shakamak High School to discuss the steps to take after filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). We’ll answer questions about the verification process, college award letters, and other funding options.

INvestEd will be at Kankakee Valley High School at 6pm to talk with students and families about the financial aid process. Filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), applying for scholarships, and reviewing college award letters will all be part of the discussion. After the presentation INvestEd and some representatives from colleges will be available with resources and to answer questions.
