Tonight, INvestEd will be at Herron High School talking to students and parents about college. There are many steps you must take during the college planning process. To help, INvestEd will explain college Financial Aid, applying for scholarships, and even picking the right major and college.

Visit with colleges and universities from Indiana and beyond at the Shelby County College Fair at Shelbyville High School tonight from 6:00-7:30pm. INvestEd will be on hand to talk with students and families about the financial aid process, share tips on finding scholarships, and offer information on a variety of financial aid options. Before the fair, from 6:00-6:30pm, INvestEd will lead a Financial Aid presentation!

INvestEd will present an evening session for Calumet New Tech High School Seniors and their parents. The event will include a discussion on the types of aid available from both the Federal and State governments as well as a full discussion of the 2019-2020 FAFSA.

When it comes to paying for college, terms like grants, scholarships, and loans are part of college award letters. INvestEd will discuss these topics and also answer questions about paying for college this evening at Linton Stockton High School.

INvestEd will meet with families and students at Southern Wells High School at 5pm to discuss the paying for college process. Picking the right major and college, scholarship search tips, types of aid, and the FAFSA are some of the topics that will be discussed. Then at 6pm we’ll help any senior file their FAFSA, review their Student Aid Report (SAR) or compare college award letters.

INvestEd will be available to assist students and families with filling out and submitting the 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Families should bring any tax and income information for both the student and the parents.
